Since
1984 the organization has developed over 20
subdivisions, representing some 1500 lots.
Most of these were owned, and financed, by
the principals and developed and sold by Acreage
Brokers. These subdivisions range in size
from 20 to 250 acres. Some were for stick-built
homes, and some were for modular and/or manufactured
homes.
Acreage
Brokers has also listed and sold many tracts
of land for investment, timber, farms, shopping
centers, hunting, 1031 exchanges, mini-farms,
home sites and various other uses.
We
have also located parcels of land for other
developers, to include water oriented and
golf course properties.
