Acreage Brokers was originally started in
Myrtle Beach, SC, as Acreage Development Corp.
of Myrtle Beach, by Doug Golightly, in 1984.It
later joined with the Bryant Realty organization
of Charlotte, NC, and moved to Wilmington
in 1985. It was then that the name was changed
to Acreage Brokers, Inc. As the name indicates,
we specialize in land, whether it is a small
lot or acreage.
The four Brokers in the Wilmington office
have a combined 75 years of experience. One
of the Brokers is a licensed NC Surveyor.
Doug has been in the land business since 1974.
We
can assist anyone looking for property to
buy or sell in the southeastern part of the
Carolinas.
